The Kentucky Black Bear festival is in celebration of the return of the Black Bear to our area. We try to focus on the education of living with the bears and safety by having different booths that are put on by KDFWR, 4-H, Harlan Co. Extension office along with a great little festival. We offer food, craft, information, music, car show and much more. Cumberland…Black Bear Capital of Kentucky.
