MainStrasse Village Association
MainStrasse Village is a collection of shops, restaurants, taverns and homes in a historic neighborhood.
MainStrasse Village is the home of Old World charm and New World fun. It is part of Covington's German heritage and is located in one of the historic districts of
Covington. There is a tremendous amount of history associated with MainStrasse Village ranging from the Carroll Chimes Bell Tower and the Goose Girl Fountain to the pre-1900's architecture to the plaques depicting famous people and historic events associated with Covington .
MainStrasse Village Association has been hosting major events including Mardi Gras, Maifest, Goettafest, Oktoberfest and Wine Tasting Festival for 30 years, every year trying to improve on the past year. Approximately 500,000 people attend our events throughout the year while we host a large number of visitors daily.
We offer a variety of shops, restaurants, taverns, businesses and entertainment to compliment the historic collection of homes in our area. We pride ourselves on offering a safe environment and free parking to our visitors and friends. You can relax along our three block long, tree lined promenade, browse the unique collection of shops, dine at one of our restaurants or taverns and enjoy outdoor dining during warm weather .
